How to forward emails
For whom is this feature?
To receive customer inquiries sent to your business email address, you must configure email forwarding in your email server (for example, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook) to forward all incoming emails to your Grasp mailbox. The email address to be forwarded to can be found in the mailbox setting in ‘Admin Settings’. For your first mailbox, created for you when you first log in, this address is @casengomail.com.
