Create overview with labels

To increase your team’s efficiency in Grasp, you can assign single or multiple labels to conversations. This helps in categorizing customer requests and facilitates conversation filtering, assignment to colleagues or teams, and analysis.
Add labels
When logged into your inbox, click on your profile in the upper left to go the admin settings. Then select ‘Labels‘ under the ‘Workflow‘ category menu.

If you haven’t configured any labels yet, you can add one by clicking the plus icon at the top of the page.

Provide a name for the label and choose a color to make it visually distinct.

Ensure the “Show label in conversation list” switch is turned on. This setting allows you to connect the label to cases in your Grasp inbox.
Click the save button to add the label.
