The timeline displays the entire customer relationship in chronological order. Within the timeline, you can search for specific customer information, post comments and conversation notes, and read back all conversations through various channels.
Lightning fast search within the timeline
Search within a customer’s timeline for messages, orders, and notes – even from multiple channels. That way you’re right in the right conversation with the right contact.
Post comments and conversation notes
Comments and conversation notes are placed within a conversation, but can also be placed within the timeline.
Create messages within the timeline
Reply to customer messages within the timeline without losing the overview. Via the message window you can quickly answer a customer’s question, forward the message to a colleague or send responses even faster with the message templates.
