Setup business hours
Setting up business hours gives your team extra possibilities and flexibility in regards to setting up custom workflows.
To setup business hours login into Grasp and go to:
https://app.getgrasp.com/settings/teams or click on your initials in the left upper corner of your inbox, go to ‘settings’, ‘organisation‘ and then to ‘teams’.
Once you access the page, click on the existing team in the left column to access the settings.
Start by selecting your own timezone. Next you can press the circular buttons for each day your organisation is open for business. The next step is to configure the business hours for each individual day you are in business. For 24 hour business hours, set each individual day from 00:00 till 23:59.
Once the business hours are set, press ”save” to confirm.
