Deleting labels

Delete labels
When logged into your inbox, click on your profile in the upper left.
Select ‘Labels‘ under the ‘Workflow‘ category.

On the left-hand column, choose the label you want to delete.
Next, click the ‘Delete label’ button.
Please note that once deleted, the label cannot be assigned to new cases. However, it will still be associated with existing cases. Keep in mind that deleted labels cannot be recovered.
