How to implement the chat script

- Available in all plans
Placing the script on your website
Click on your avatar in the upper-left corner of the inbox to open the menu. Go to ‘Settings’ to add live chat to your website.
In your settings under ‘Channels’, choose ‘Live chat’ and go to ‘Chat script’.
- Widget properties
- Specifies here what labels the chats should get that come in through the live chat.
- Then press ‘Save’.
- Generated script
- Specify a preferred language of the chat.
- Copy the script and paste it between the HTML <body> tags of your website.
