How to add an Instagram page to the inbox

Click on your avatar in the upper-left corner of the inbox to open the menu. Go to ‘Settings’ to link your Instagram page(s).

Note: You do need to have admin rights to the Instagram page itself for this.

In your settings under ‘Channels’, choose ‘Instagram Messenger’ and click the plus button at the top and then ‘Continue with Instagram’.

• Log in to your Instagram page.
• Select the page you want to link to the inbox.
• Select the Facebook pages that are already linked to the inbox
• Set all options to ‘Yes’
• Click ‘Next’ and your inbox is linked to the Instagram page.
